Spectrum Learning is among the pioneers in neurofeedback and qEEG fields in the world. Established in 1995, we have seen the field of neurofeedback and qEEG evolve over the years and have been committed to constantly upgrading our knowledge and skills through international workshops and training courses organised by leading institutions.

With more than 25 years of experience, Spectrum Learning has established a strong presence in SouthEast Asia, and we have progressed to develop our own neurofeedback protocols that are specifically catered to our clients and their individual needs.

OUR BRAIN TRAINER

Spectrum Learning’s investment in research and development has brought to life our own neurofeedback equipment that provides the flexibility of customising our training and therapy equipment and software to meet the needs of our clients. The Spectrum Learning Brain Trainer also benefits clients directly. With our own rental equipment available, neurofeedback home training programmes are available to clients who wish to engage in long-term, intensive and affordable neurofeedback training.

FOUNDER

DR. KENNETH KANG

1963 - 2017

Dr Kang is a certified Neurofeedback therapist, and natural health practitioner with a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology. He also completed a post-graduate Diploma in Education at the National Institute of Education in Singapore.

In his early career as an educator prior to founding Spectrum Learning, Dr Kang strongly believed in the active role of the brain in one’s learning—that its function and performance can be improved. This was the spark that ignited Spectrum Learning’s brain-based approach in enhancing learning abilities and improving brain function that has developed and grown into the sophisticated intervention programme we offer today.

The mind behind our intervention programmes, Dr Kang knows that dealing with the brain is a multifaceted discipline, and upholds a holistic approach to the intervention programmes offered at Spectrum Learning; balancing biochemistry through a healthy and controlled diet, physical exercise, and changing attitudes is essential in our programmes. Dr Kang’s strive and dedication has shaped who and where Spectrum Learning is today.

SENIOR NEUROFEEDBACK THERAPIST

LOW TING MIN

Ting Min is our senior therapist with over 15 years of experience in neurofeedback therapy, and has formed countless valuable relationships with our clients.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree major in psychology from the National University of Singapore. Ting Min has done neurofeedback therapy for clients of various backgrounds including children with special needs, learning difficulties and stress management.

Over the years with Spectrum Learning, she is able to propose training protocol that is specifically tailored to our client’s requirements, with exceptional coaching and post-therapy reviews with our clients through the entire duration of our intervention programme.

Dr. Kenneth Kang

Dr. Kang is a certified Neurofeedback therapist and natural health practitioner with a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology. He founded Spectrum Learning, drawing on his early career as an educator where he strongly believed in the brain’s active role in learning and its potential for improvement. This belief sparked Spectrum Learning’s brain-based approach to enhancing learning abilities and improving brain function, which has evolved into the comprehensive intervention program they offer today. Dr. Kang takes a holistic approach, focusing on balancing biochemistry through diet, exercise, and attitude changes in his intervention programs. His dedication and commitment have been instrumental in shaping Spectrum Learning into what it is today.
